Crustacean Deathmatch on Friday
The South City Crawfish Boil is ON, my friends. We’re firing up the boilers this Friday evening, July 3rd at Off Brodway. 180 pounds of the little suckers. C’mon down and go crazy. See details/posters one post down….

That’s right, true belivers. We’re opening for punk-grass legends Split Lip Rayfield this Friday at The Duck Room (inside Blueberry Hill). We’re honored and excited to play with them again. Hope to see everyone at the show!
That’s right, we’re doing our part to help people afflicted with shellfish allergies on July 3rd by personally eradicating over 180 pounds of crawfish from the planet forever. This party is going to be a big event, so bring all your friends and family down to Off Broadway starting at 7:00. The next day is a holiday, so you can sleep in and still be ready for fireworks. We’ll have crawfish & all the usual fixin’s, as well as cornbread and Allsauce(tm) Brand Gumbo, courtesy of Big Muddy Records and Allsauce. Our friends at New Belgium Brewing are bringing a bunch of Fat Tire, so you can wash down those mudbugs with some cool, cheap refreshment. Music starts at 9:00 with Fattback, The Monads and the unstoppable Nebula Funk Orkestra. YOU GET ALL THIS AND MORE FOR JUST TEN BUCKS (American). This will be one for the ages, folks. And now, here’s a poster to tell you about everything you’ve already read:

Aaaaaahhh! It done stepped on the danged mayor!

KDHX Midwest Mayhem was a great time down at the City Museum. Thanks to all the folks who came out to support The Monads and KDHX.
